Skateboarder Magazine is an American skateboard magazine.

Also known as: The Quarterly Skateboarder [original title]

History:

The Quarterly Skateboarder was first published in 1964, by Surfer publications out of Dana Point, California, as a quarterly magazine.

With the third issue of the magazine however, the name was shortened to Skateboarder Magazine.

But after only four issues, Skateboarder Magazine ceased publication in 1965, at end of the first wave of skateboard popularity.

1964: The Skateboarder Quarterly no 1
1965: The Skateboarder Quarterly no 2
1965: Skateboarder Magazine no 3
1965: Skateboarder Magazine no 4

IN 1975, during the second skateboard boom, Surfer Publications relaunched the magazine as Skateboarder
